Not your average circuit class. Obstacle course circuit is a high intensity workout that engages the whole body and will definitely get you sweaty. Using obstacles to climb, jump and swing – a perfect preparation for your next obstacle race. Master the vertical wall, swing on the monkey bars, pressup, sit up & climb.  Move every which way! Our Obstacle Course Circuits are designed to release that inner child and you will have the full range of Primal facilities to explore in every session.

At our Primal playground you will have a chance to explore different movement patterns through different obstacle challenges, giving you an opportunity to build overall fitness, stamina, precision & speed.

We change the exercises every four weeks so that you get a good mix, and so you don’t plateau. With various formats of interval training from 25 seconds of work through to 60 seconds depending on the session and the exercises.  We are constantly inventing and adding new stations.

Expect paired work, lots of fun, lots of friends and constant requests to join a team to conquer your next Spartan Race, Tartan Warrior, Rat Race, or Tough Mudder!
