CALISTHENICS

Calisthenics is a type of training that uses no equipment and allows you to master your body weight. Inspired by gymnastics, it helps develop strength, mobility and endurance. In each session we work through two calisthenics moves and their progressions and regressions. The class is based on a four week cycle and includes the following skills: human flag, front lever, back lever, handstand, handstand pressup, muscleup (both ring and bar), planche, iron cross, pistol squats, dragon flag.
