Our Obstacle Fitness classes will elevate your confidence, improve daily performance all whilst getting you fitter and making you harder to kill! Upbeat, high tempo circuit based classes incorporating a mix of weights, bodyweight exercises and, of course, Primal obstacles. Suitable for both obstacle course racers and those just looking for a unique and FUN way to train! Including three weekly workouts that focus on different energy systems: Strength and Power, Anaerobic Conditioning and Endurance.
