Ninja Warrior is the perfect class for those looking for regular exercise but hate the monotony of running treadmills or pushing weights. Equally, we facilitate advanced athletes looking to advance in all areas of fitness.

Complete a series of obstacles in the fastest time. The infamous warped wall, salmon ladder, monkey bars and chimney climb provide a challenging yet fun way to explore and develop your athletic capabilities. It's a high intensity, full body workout. Classes consist of mobility based warm-up, high energy and ground based movements & seven obstacles, with five minutes spent on each as a team. Our five week cycle is broken down accordingly:
