MOBILITY & YOGA

Olga is our in house anatomy geek (and also our graphic design wiz!), who will help you move in the best way possible. Her background is in contemporary dance, yoga & pilates. She's constantly upskilling in movement anatomy and injury prevention. Specialising in movement anatomy, she enjoys targeting tightness, weakness or lack of stability in specific body areas. Olga has experience in helping clients referred to her by physios. Her sessions are delivered via Zoom from the comfort of your own home.

Olga offers virtual 1:1 sessions in mobility, yoga and recovery. She often collaborates with physios, helping clients with their rehab and injury prevention. She has experience as professional dancer, is a yoga & pilates teacher, a handbalancer and a hobby floor acrobat. Book 1:1 sessions with Olga via TeamUp appointments section.

Mobility & P/rehab sessions start with a personalised movement & mobility assessment to help get rid of stubborn tension and address any issues — helping with injury prevention and movement optimisation. Improve mobility and keep aches, stiffness & discomfort at bay.

Yoga & Recovery sessions have a mind-body focus, helping you decompress while still moving. Adding science-backed breath and mindfulness techniques to your movement, these are ideal for your recovery day or as cross training to help you optimise your training.
