Jenny believes in your capabilities 100%, especially at times when you don’t believe in yourself. It’s all about balance. Together, you will look at the overall picture of your health, including exercise, nutrition, sleep, and stress, and identify where positive, lasting changes can be made.

As for Jenny, in 2019 she was unfit, did no formal exercise, and was wrecked after running for a bus. She decided to take action to change and became Alcohol Free; this remains to be the best thing she has ever done for herself and was the catalyst that led to so many other positives. She rediscovered health and fitness and challenged herself to the Spartan Sprint in 2019 – it was one of the hardest things she has ever done! This year, 3 years after her first 5k Spartan and 4 days after her 47th birthday, she’ll be taking on the Spartan Ultra 50k.
