SPLITS & STRETCH
On Saturday morning, take time to stretch out and work on your flexibility skills. This class will follow a four week programme and after a high energy warm up, will include a section of full body stretching followed by some time dedicated to splits training. Expect to work on your front splits, box splits as well as active leg extensions. All levels welcome with progressions and regressions offered to match your experience level. With a lot of partner work and assists, expect a fun morning to kick off your weekend.
