Holly is a fully qualified personal trainer and acrobatic gymnastics coach. She has been coaching for seven years now and is constantly improving her skills. Apart from strength and flexibility, she specialises in tumbling, dance, display gymnastics, freestyle gymnastics and aerial skills. With such a vast array of skills Holly will help you achieve any fitness or movement related goal and improve physical ability.

Jenny is a fully qualified personal trainer and OCR coach. She delivers great results by creating personalised programmes tailored to your goals. Gain confidence in your body through fun and functional OCR training. Learn pull-ups. Climb a rope. Try weightlifting. Jenny believes it's all about balance and will seek to make positive change for your overall health including exercise, nutrition, sleep and stress.

Olga is our in house movement anatomy geek, who will help you move in the best way possible. Her background is in contemporary dance, yoga & pilates. She's constantly upskilling and about to finish a 500h qualification in yoga anatomy and injury prevention. A blend of various approaches helps in creating bespoke programmes that improve mobility and control, enhance joint function and help prevent injuries.

How do I book a 1:1 session?
▸Navigate to your chosen trainer. ▸Click 'book now' and you'll be able to see available slots. ▸Pick a slot that suits you. You will be directed to log in or create an account on our booking platform TeamUp. ▸From there, you can view purchase options, including one-off sessions and personal training packs. How do I book a group session?
▸Nominate a team leader to set up an appointment on behalf of the whole group. Collect all attendees' email addresses before you proceed. ▸Navigate down to 'small group personal training'. Go ahead and click 'book now'. ▸Pick a trainer at the top and a time slot that suits the group. You will be directed to log in or create an account on our booking platform TeamUp. ▸From there, you can view purchase options including one off sessions and group training packs. Please note the prices shown are for one attendee and not the whole group. ▸Once the team leader has booked the session, they will need to provide all attendees' email addresses. A link will be sent to all participants book into the session individually. How much is it?
