A chance for the little ones to show us how it's done. A class focused on allowing kids to explore their capabilities, and push their boundaries in a safe and creative way. Our class encourages kids to build a Ninja Warrior course together, use initiative and lateral thinking, as well as speed, strength and endurance, to negotiate it and then beat their own timed runs, just like on TV.

Saturdays at 10am and 11am
The weekends are for families. No more standing on the sidelines at football or fobbing the kids off whilst you hit the gym. Primal is all about fun, functional fitness together. Teach your kids how to build positive movement practices, whilst they teach you how to learn through play.
Runs on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday Mornings and Thursday afternoon
Children must bring an adult with them to take part. But only pay for the child.
