About Olga
I am a professional dance artist and certified yoga teacher. Movement is an integral part of who I am, spanning not just my lifetime, but going back three generations in my family. Ever since I learnt to walk, you'd most often find me involved in some kind of movement related activity, including dance, acrobatics and martial arts, before I dedicated myself to contemporary dance and yoga.

I have spent 16 years of my life in advanced and professional movement training, gaining a BA (hons) in dance in 2015 and Yoga Alliance credited teacher certificate in 2019. I am always striving to learn more about movement, and I am especially interested in the intersection of contemporary dance, yoga and other movement disciplines.

 This has led me to pursue various further training programmes in disciplines such as: contemporary dance (floorwork, flying low, gaga, improvisation, partnering), acrobatics (including acrodance and handstands), agility and functional movement, tai chi, capoeira and yoga, in intensives across Spain, Hungary, Portugal and UK.

​I offer personalised group and individual movement training in yoga, ballet technique and contemporary dance, both in person and online. My depth of movement knowledge and intuition and wide scope of training means you will benefit from the following:
