Complete a series of obstacles in the fastest time. The infamous warped wall, salmon ladder, monkey bars and chimney climb provide a challenging yet fun way to explore and develop your athletic capabilities. It's a high intensity, full body workout. Classes consist of mobility based warm-up, high energy and ground based movements & seven obstacles, with five minutes spent on each as a team.
