Junior Superhero Academy (ages 5 - 7) is a complete movement class for your young one. When kids step into Primal, they intuitively jump, climb, run and negotiate the obstacles without any direction. We encourage and nurture that creativity and curiosity whilst providing structure to progress and learn. We set up an obstacle course, taking inspiration from superheroes and allow the kids to tackle each obstacle, one by one, in an allotted time.

Inspired by our obstacle racing classes, our kids classes aim to let our youngest movers unleash their creativity and release their energy in a productive way.

The classes are inclusive to kids with any level of experience in movement and fitness as we believe functional movement is for everyone! Developing transferable skills through play, applicable in many other disciplines, for example mobility, strength, speed, agility, balance, coordination and endurance.

We encourage kids to share our belief that fitness, exercise and movement need not be boring or a chore. That imagination and creative thinking is just as important as running fast and jumping high, hoping that this attitude will  continue into their adult lives as well.
