We offer a varied programme of classes, best if you're looking for structured sessions under the guidance of one of our coaches, in a fun environment, training alongside other members.

Challenge your speed, strength and creativity by negotiating a series of obstacle courses in the fastest time. The infamous warped wall, salmon ladder, monkey bars and chimney climb provide a challenging yet fun way to explore and develop your athletic capabilities. High intensity, full body workout!

Not your average circuit class. This is a high intensity workout that engages the whole body and will definitely get you sweaty. Using obstacles to climb, jump and swing – a perfect preparation for your next obstacle race. Master the vertical wall, swing on the monkey bars, pressup, sit up & climb. Move every which way!

Develop strength using your bodyweight. In each session we will work through a couple skills to take you from complete beginner to power athlete. Achieve your first pullup, your first pistol squat, your first muscleup (strict), single arm pullup, front lever, back lever, planche and more!

Our adult gymnastics sessions run throughout the week and allow for all round training in floor based gymnastics. Develop gymnastics specific strength and mobility, learn foundational skills, try or advance your tumbling. Pick the session that covers what you want to learn or do them all!

A session designed to help you develop confidence to perform a handstand or advance your existing skills. Using mats, walls, boxes and stall bars to assist you when upside down. In this session you will work on your alignment as well as develop the strength and mobility necessary to balance on your hands.

Tricking combines kicks, flips and twists from martial arts and gymnastics with moves similar to break dance. It's great for anyone looking for a fun and creative way of improving mobility, flexibility, explosive strength and speed, core strength and balance. Tricking combines well with our gymnastics classes. All levels welcome.

Various classes blending movement skills with creative thinking. Including Primal Preschool (1 - 5), Junior Superhero (4 - 7), Primary Gymnastics, Superhero Academy (7 - 12), Teen Tumble and Primal Family. The classes are inclusive to all experience levels as we believe FUNctional movement is for everyone!
