MONDAY & TUESDAY
Develop confidence to perform a handstand. Each class will include a warm up, handstand specific conditioning, technique & alignment drills and a handstand practice – using mats, walls, boxes and stall bars. Working on the stability, mobility and body awareness necessary to balance on your hands. Once comfortable upside down you can start working on different shapes. Handbalance is open to all ability levels, following a circuit style format. Monday focuses more on skills & drills and Tuesday on conditioning.
