How do I add a family member to Team Up?
1. Log in to your account
2. Find the 'My Account' tab at the top 3. Scroll down to 'Family' and click on 'Add a Child' 4. Add the child's details Use this for children, a partner or other family/friend members who you wish to manage under your TeamUp login. Once done you'll be able to manage their accounts, including booking them into classes or purchasing a membership on their behalf too. How to book for a family member?
Once the accounts you need have been created, you will have the option to switch these accounts when making bookings or purchasing memberships and plans.
On the Schedule tab, a drop-down menu will now show, that will allow you to switch between your account and any other family member account. See two images below, one for the older version of the calendar, and one for the new version. You'll then be able to book them in using their membership status. Old version of calendar:

On the 'Memberships' tab, you'll see the option to buy for yourself as well as your family member(s). Note that you currently cannot share memberships between family members.
Can I just turn up to class without pre-booking?
Please always book into your classes in advance. The class numbers are limited, so that we can deliver the best experience to our members and make sure we conduct classes in a safe environment. Personal Training
How do I book a 1:1 session?
▸Navigate to your chosen trainer.
▸Click 'book now' and you'll be able to see available slots. ▸Pick a slot that suits you. ▸Nominate a team leader to set up an appointment on behalf of the whole group. Collect all attendees' email addresses before you proceed. ▸Navigate down to 'small group personal training'. Go ahead and click 'book now'. ▸Pick a trainer at the top and a time slot that suits the group. You will be directed to log in or create an account on our booking platform TeamUp. ▸From there, you can view purchase options including one off sessions and group training packs. Please note the prices shown are for one attendee and not the whole group. ▸Once the team leader has booked the session, they will need to provide all attendees' email addresses. A link will be sent to all participants book into the session individually. How much is it?
Is it suitable for absolute beginners?
Absolutely. All levels are welcome. Whether you want to start building confidence in fitness and movement, had a break and want to get back into it, or would like an introduction to a specific discipline we offer - we're here to help. At Primal, no goal is too small! What can I train in?

Open sessions
How do I book an open session?
Book in just like to any other class – just pick an open access session instead of a class in the schedule. Is anyone overseeing the sessions?
There are a few open access sessions throughout the week where a member of staff will be present – generally before or after some of the classes. How do I get in?
Which membership do I need to use open access?
Only full access membership & open access membership allow open access gym training. Is it suitable for people with little movement experience?
Open access gym isn't advised if you are new to the gym – or are not experienced working on your own. Is there anything I need to know?
Before you are able to undertake open access training you will need to undertake an orientation into the gym and the health and safety of lone training and the gym, including covid policy. Please contact us to find out more. Do I need to be careful?

Stag & hen parties
What dates / times are available?
Saturdays and Sundays are generally reserved for private bookings but if you are looking for an alternate time, let us know upon booking. How many guests can I invite?
We usually suggest bookings of up to 20 but exceptions can be made, at the additional cost of a 2nd instructor. Contact us with your preferences and we will do our best to provide the best package possible to suit your needs. What's the cost?

Birthday parties
What dates / times are available?
Most of our birthday spaces are reserved for Saturday and Sunday afternoons but get in touch if you'd like us to consider an alternative time. Is it suitable for all ages?
Suitable for ages 1 (walking) to 15. How many guests can I invite?
There's no minimum but we usually suggest maximum 15 attendees. We can make exceptions but this usually requires additional staffing and so incurs a greater cost. Again, please let us know if you are looking to bring a larger group and we will endeavour to provide the best possible experience. Do parents / guardians need to be present?
Two parents or guardians must remain present for the duration of the party. What should the kids bring?
Please remember to bring - shorts / leggings, t-shirt and a long sleeved jumper, indoor shoes and a water bottle. How much does it cost?
