In this workshop you will learn the fundamentals of falling and rolling, in order to learn how to 'fall fashionably' (like you are meant to do it), as a means of injury prevention. We will explore different techniques for falling, rolling, then building into games and challenges for practicing different scenarios. This workshop is aimed at people with no prior experience. You will be able to work along at your own pace, and will be challenged accordingly, if you have prior experience. If you are injured or are unsure if this workshop is suitable for you, please feel free to get in touch. Participants are encouraged to bring a hoody, as this will enhance the experience of the workshop. MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR... My name is Rory Ferguson, and I am a fully qualified personal trainer and parkour coach. In particular, I specialize in calisthenics, bodyweight training, and movement skills. My passion is to create a unique training experience, through learning natural movement skills, fun games, and engaging challenges. |
