This body weight circut session is perfect for those looking to get the blood flowing at the start the day. Expect a full body, high intensity circuit that helps improve endurance and build strength. Bodyweight training will help develop strength, power, endurance, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance.

Dan's sessions are fun and intense so come prepared to break a sweat. Drawing from his experience in strength & conditioning, pole dance and yoga, you can expect a versatile class.
