Hi everyone! My name is Aneta and I’ve been a personal trainer since 2014. I provide comprehensive personal training, as well as online programming and nutrition advice.
Like many women, I used to think the gym was purely about cardio, so I’m now passionate about empowering women (as well as men!) to feel more confident and knowledgeable when it comes to lifting. It took me years (and an injury that made running simply impossible) to completely overhaul my workouts so they actually changed my body as well as mindset. I’m now passionate about using my own experience
to help you reach your goals in the simplest and most realistic way possible.
Whether you looking to get stronger, lose weight, get leaner, improve your general fitness or you have more specific goals like finally doing that unassisted pull up, hitting that personal best in squat or running that 5K faster -I’ll help you get there! I’m also a keen beginner in Mountain Biking and I’m programming people to get fitter for enduro racing - to make both dreaded climbs and long descents easier and more enjoyable!
