Ninja Warrior
Wednesday
Inspiried by the TV show Ninja Warrior and Sasuke. Challenge your speed, strength and creativity by negotiating a series of obstacle courses in the fastest time. The infamous warped wall, salmon ladder, monkey bars and chimney climb provide a challenging yet fun way to explore and develop your athletic capabilities. High intensity, full body workout!

Adult Gymnastics
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Our gymnastics sessions run through the week and cover foundational floor based acrobatics skills, tumbling & conditioning. Each session will include a warm up, strength and conditioning and skills. Pick the session that covers what you want to learn or advance, or do them all! We run sessions for all experience levels.

Calisthenics
Monday, Thursday
Calisthenics allows you to master your body weight. In each session we work through two calisthenics moves, their progressions and regressions. The class is based on a four week cycle and includes skills such as: human flag, front lever, back lever, handstand, handstand pressup, muscleup (both ring and bar), planche, iron cross, pistol squats, dragon flag.

OCC
Monday, Friday
Not your average circuit class. This is a high intensity workout that engages the whole body and will definitely get you sweaty. Using obstacles to climb, jump and swing – a perfect preparation for your next obstacle race. Master the vertical wall, swing on the monkey bars, pressup, sit up & climb. Move every which way!

Handbalance
Tuesday
A session designed to help you develop confidence to perform a handstand or advance your existing skills. Using mats, walls, boxes and stall bars to assist you when upside down. In this session you will work on your alignment as well as develop the strength and mobility necessary to balance on your hands.

Tricking
Monday
Combining kicks with flips and twists from martial arts and gymnastics as well as dance moves similar to break dance. This class caters to all levels – providing the relevant progressions tailored to your abilities. It's great for anyone looking for a fun and creative way of improving mobility, flexibility, explosive strength and speed, core strength and balance.
