Our Adult Gymnastics / Primal Skills sessions are built around adult beginners or those adults that have done some gymnastics previously.
These sessions are mainly focused around floor based gymnastics. Each session will take you through some basic skills and help reinforce some of the gymnastic foundations - forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands and mobility etc.
Beginners or those who are not too sure which level they are at should come to the Monday Beginners session until you / we can gauge your level. The Monday programme will focus more on the gymnastics fundamentals and some conditioning:
MONDAYS - ANDY
Week 1 - Forward rolls and toes to bar
Week 2 - Backward Rolls and L-Sits
Week 3 - Cartwheels and fundamental shapes (dish arch etc)
Week 4 - Handstands and Bridges
Week 5 - Circle ups and Handstand forward rolls.
WEDNESDAYS - KATE
Wednesday sessions tend to be for more established adults with more dynamic moves like tumbling / tricking.
These sessions are mainly focused around floor based gymnastics. Each session will take you through some basic skills and help reinforce some of the gymnastic foundations - forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands and mobility etc.
